Documents on GLS Merger Harmonised

Managements of the Port of Koper and Intereuropa met on Tuesday to discuss the wording of the contract on the merger of the two companies into the Global Logistic Services (GLS). The talks also involved discussions on the GLS statute, once it is formed. The managements of the two companies confirmed the harmonised wording and determined the necessary activites required for the general meeting, scheduled for the end of March. It is expected that the supervisory boards of the two companies will meet in mid-February and confirm the documents that are necessary to call the general meeting.
