Civil Society for the Border in Istria to Submit a resolution to Parliament
Ljubljana, 26 January - Civil Society of Slovenia for the Border in Istria will submit a resolution on Slovene-Croatian border in Istria and on the sea to be discussed by the parliament. Presenting the resolution to the press on Wednesday, Danijel Starman said that the proponents wanted Slovenia to form clear positions on the geographical dimensions of the state. In the resolution the Society proposes to the parliament to empower the government and the border commission to start fresh negotiations on the basis of positions that rest on strategic, historical, ethnic reasons as well as reasons of international law.
