Kazuyoshi Funaki Signs Contract with Elan

Japanese ski jumper Kazuyoshi Funaki, a two-time Olympic champion from Nagano, has signed a contract to jump with Elan skies. The contract was signed on Tuesday in Planica, the site for international ski jumping in Slovenia, with Elan, a world-famous ski producer based in the town of Begunje, northern Slovenia. Funaki only decided to switch to Elan after having tested Elan skies extensively on the Bloudek ski-jump in Planica.
