Speaker of Austrian Parliament Talks to Slovene President

Ljubljana, 2 February - Speaker of the Austrian Parliament Heinz Fischer briefed Slovene President Milan Kucan on the current political situation and developments in Austria in an extensive telephone conversation on Wednesday. The officials expressed a hope that the developments in Austria will not affect the good relations between Slovenia and Austria, Kucan's office reported. Fischer and Kucan also agreed to meet either in February or March.
