Slovenia's First Foreign Ministers Heads Diplomatic Mission Again

Dimitrij Rupel has once again become Slovenia's minister for foreign affairs. His candidacy was backed in parliament on Wednesday in a 55:13 vote. In order to assume the post Rupel had to leave his ambassadorial job in the United States, where he was sent in 1997.
