National Council: No Need for Defence Tolar

Ljubljana, 15 December - NATIONAL COUNCIL/SESSION/DEFENCE/FUNDS
The Slovenian National Council believes that it is not necessary to introduce a special law to secure funds for the realisation of basic development programmes for the defence forces of the Republic of Slovenia in the period 1994 to 2004. According to the National Council, funds for these purposes can be secured as part of the political process that takes place on a yearly basis, during which the budget is adopted and coordinated.
