Drnovsek: Slovenia Knows How to Defend its Interests

Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek pointed out in an interview for Radio Slovenia on Thursday that in the case of Austria the EU made it clear that it wouldn't tolerate extreme politics and xenophobia. It remains to be seen, however, how the new Austrian government will function. Prime Minister expressed a belief that after having met with criticism the new Austrian government would try to act in a constructive and moderate way. He added that Slovenia's relations with Austria are normal but that Slovenia can still react sharply.
