Finance: Maksima and Kmecka DZU to Privatise in Bosnia

Ljubljana, 4 February - Investment company LB Maksima signed a contract in Mostar for the co-establishment of an investment company there, reported the business paper Finance. The new company will be named Herbos Invest and will be established in unison with the Hercegovska zavarovalnica and some Croatian companies in Hercegovina. The majority ownership of Herbos Invest will belong to the insurance company (Hercegovska zavarovalnica), while LB Maksima will hold a ten percent stake in the company.
