Slovene President Milan Kucan and newly-appointed Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel separately received on Friday new Montenegrin Minister for Foreign Affairs Branko Lukovac, who used to run the Ljubljana-based Montenegrin office for promotion of co-operation with Slovenia.
