Construction of Two Power Stations on Soca River Goes According to Plan

Nova Gorica, 5 February - HYDROELECTRIC/POWER/STATION
Launched nearly a year ago, the construction of two hydroelectric power plants on the river Soca goes according to plan, Valentin Golob, the director of the company running a chain of power plants on Soca, has reassured the press. With no delays expected, the first plant, Plava II should produce its first kWh of electricity in the second half of 2001, to be joined by the other, namely Doblar II at the end of that year.
