Delo: Rupel Outlines His View on Slovene Foreign Policy

As a small country, Slovenia cannot use its foreign policy to impose its national interests on its partners. It must use it to persuade them, new Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said in an interview for Saturday's edition of Delo.
