The duty-free shops saga has turned into a never-ending story; a few days after the government decided to extend the life span of controversial shops by eleven months, the leader of the opposition National Party, Zmago Jelincic stole a march on the government by submitting changes to the laws regulating Slovene duty-free shops to parliament before the government. This means that duty-free shops' life span can be prolonged for a considerable period of time, Delo writes in Monday's edition.
