Entrepreneurs Learn about EU Structural Aid to Small Companies

The management of Slovene Entrepreneurs' Association held their first regular meeting in 2000 on Thursday, focusing on the prospect of EU structural aid to small and medium-sized companies in Slovenia. Saso Sedmak of the Ministry for Small Business and Tourism presented the EU third programme for small and medium-sized businesses until the end of 2000, which provides the legal and budgetary basis for special EU measures concerning the policy of such companies and which Slovenia officially joined in October 1999.
