Shares Edge Downwards on the LSE

Last week, which was one day short because of the holiday, stock brokers closed 8477 deals at the total value of SIT 3.6 billion (18 million euros) on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The SBI share index closed 2.37 percent lower at 1819.23 points, while the authorised investment companies' index PIX lost 3.16 percent and closed at 1455.40 points.
