Ljubljana, 13 February - HOCKEY/OLYMPIC/QUALIFICATIONS
Slovene ice-hockey team beat FR Yugoslavia in the first match of the third round of the Olympic qualifying tournament held in Ljubljana by 11:0 (1:0, 4:0, 6:0). The winner of the tournament, who will proceed with more qualifying matches for the Olympics in Salt Lake City, will be decided later this evening in a match between Germany and Italy. Slovenia finished the tournament third.
