Italian Parliament to Discus Slovene Minority Bill

Ljubljana, 14 February - SLOVENIA/ITALY/MINORITY
The lower house of the Italian Parliament will continue with its discussion on the bill designed to protect the Slovene ethnic minority in Italy, on Wednesday. After being submitted by MP Domenico Maselli already in 1998, the bill has been amended on several occasions. The bill will first be discussed within a technical committee of the lower house of the Italian Parliament where the rapporteur Maselli will submit further amendments.
