Constitutional Court Annuls VAT Exemption for Post of Slovenia

Ljubljana, 15 February - CONSTITUTIONAL/COURT/VAT
The Constitutional Court has unanimously decided to annul a part of the 26th article of the VAT Act and the 49th article of the statute on the carrying out of VAT. The decision came about after an assessment of the constitutionality and legality of these documents, which was prompted by Koper-based shipping agency Intereuropa.
