Minister of Science Urges for Faster Development of Third Slovene University

During a visit to the scientific and research centre in the coastal city of Koper, Minister of Science and Technology Lojze Marincek urged for faster development of a third university in Slovenia, namely the university in the Primorsko region which in his view should be established before Slovenia joins the EU.
