Ptuj Dairy Shareholders Vote for Merger with Pomurje Dairy

Following the recent annexation of the Gorenjsko Dairy to the Ljubljana Dairy, a new annexation is in the works between the Pomurje Dairy and the Ptuj Dairy. The main decision fell on Wednesday when the shareholders of the Ptuj Dairy unanimously voted to merge with the Pomursko Dairy. Slovenia will thus get its second joint dairy factory if the merger is supported at the meeting of shareholders of the Pomurje Dairy, which is to be held in March.
