Otto von Habsburg Advocates Speedy Enlargement of the EU

Ljubljana, 16 February - SLOVENIA/HABSBURG
President of the International Paneuropean Union Otto von Habsburg called for a speedy enlargement of the European Union in Ljubljana on Wednesday. An expanded Union is in his opinion the only guarantee for the sustenance of international peace. Slovenia's accession in the EU is of key importance because the further the border of peace is moved to the East, the better the chances of its sustenance.
