Annual Real Retail Growth at 4.1 Percent for November 1999

The retail revenue for the first eleven months of 1999 increased nominally by 9.3 percent over the same period a year before, while in real terms the growth was 3.4 percent. Retail sales for November 1999 decreased by six percent as compared to the previous month, while they increased by 4.1 percent over the same time period in 1998. In the eleven months in 1999 the real average revenue was greater by 1.7 percent as compared to 1998, reported the Statistical Office of Slovenia.
