Bank of Slovenia Council Sitting
Ljubljana, 16 February - The Bank of Slovenia (BS) Council confirmed the somewhat changed contract co-operation between itself and the commercial banks in concern to the foreign exchange market operations, which are linked to the model of free flow of capital. This was reported following the central bank's Council sitting on Tuesday, and will mean that the banks which will reach this form of an agreement with the central bank will find it easier to adjust their foreign exchange position to the changing market conditions. The passed concept will be discussed further with the commercial banks, the central bank reported after the session.
