Koper, 18 February - EDUCATION/HIGHER/UNIVERSITY
The central question which must be answered before further activities for the establishment of a third Slovene university in the Primorsko region go on, is whether the existent schools and institutions in the region seriously consider membership in the Primorkso University (UP). The planning board of UP intends to continue activity for the establishment of an university on the basis of this consensus. The aim is to have the university established before Slovenia enters the EU.
