Central Bank Chief Says the Situation Remains Unchanged as Regards Fiduciary Accounts

The restrictions for foreign investment in Slovene securities remain unchanged as regards legislation, the governor of the Bank of Slovenia said in an interview for the national radio. The central bank has not changed the terms for dealings conducted through fiduciary accounts. The only formal change is that it is no longer the foreign currency regime that is regulated but the area of establishing and managing risks faced by commercial banks, Governor France Arhar explained.
