Exchange Offices Turnover DEM 500 million in January

Ljubljana, 22 February - EXCHANGE/OFFICES/TURNOVER
Slovene exchange bureaus turned over almost DEM 500 million in January, from which the purchase of foreign currencies amounted to DEM 255 million and thus outsized sale by DEM 11 million. Turnover in stock exchange offices was down 2.3 percent as compared to January 1999.
