Foreign Reserves at US$ 4.1 Billion at End of 1999

Slovene foreign exchange reserves amounted to US$ 4.103 billion at the end of December 1999. This is US$ 75 million less than the month before and US$ 1.388 billion less than the total foreign debt of Slovenia, which equalled US$ 5.491 billion at the end of last year, reports the January edition of the Bank of Slovenia Bulletin.
