Parliament Adopts Public Fund Act

Ljubljana, 24 February - PARLIAMENT/PUBLIC/FUNDS
The National Assembly passed the Public Fund Act on Thursday. The new piece of legislation is to ensure better transparency of public funding by standardising the conditions of establishing and managing such funds as well statute and property issues, plus defining the rules of accounting and presenting the results and the implementation of the purpose for which a particular fund has been set up.
