Clark: Transformation of Military Structures Is a Long-Term Process

Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Gen. Wesley K. Clark, is confident that Slovenia's aspirations to become a member of NATO and European Union can be realised. The Slovene armed forces have made a very good progress over the last years, Clark said in Ljubljana on Thursday, but cautioned that being able to transform an armed forces was a long-term process.
