SCT to Challenge Trojane Decision in Ordinary Court

The company SCT of Ljubljana received a decision by the state revision committee which turned down revision claims regarding the choice of tenderer made by the Slovene company for motorways (DARS), on Thursday. Procedures for choosing the best tenderer for the building of the Trojane Tunnel, central Slovenia, have thus been confirmed (The tunnel will be built by Italian company Impressa Grasseto). The SCT officials believe that such a decision is contrary to the principles of the constitution and contrary to the vital interests of Slovene economy. Apart from a constitutional complaint, which has already been filed, the SCT will take its complaint to an ordinary court of Slovenia.
