Poisonous Fish Allegedly Found in the Izola Cannery

A regular inspection of fish in a cannery in the fishing town of Izola has aroused a suspicion of a pesticide in fish caught in the Adriatic Sea. Samples are being analysed and the results are expected to be available by Monday afternoon, Director of the Slovene Veterinary Administration (VURS) Zoran Kovac told STA on Saturday.
