Two Bills on Insurance Companies to be Implemented

Ljubljana, 28 February - The act on the privatisation of insurance companies and the insurance act, both passed in parliament on 27 January, will be implemented on Friday, 3 March. The former act regulates property transformation of public capital in joint-stock companies whose exclusive line of business is insurance and reinsurance, while the latter brings the insurance sector into line with the EU regulations.
