Ljubljana, 29 February - COMPUTERS/Y2K/BUG
All important computer systems entered the second danger date, 29 February, without being affected by the so called millennium bug was reported on Tuesday. The operators of the biggest computer systems assured that they carried out testing of systems in expectation of this date last year in unison with testing for the first day of the year. The Krsko Nuclear Plant (NEK), Brnik Airport, the largest Slovene banks, telecommunication systems and the railways are working normally. Experts feared that the systems will not recognise the leap year and will see today as 1 March not 29 February.
