Panel on Haider Takes Place in the Italian City of Trieste

A panel was held on Tuesday evening entitled 'The Case of Haider and the Fears of the New Century, or Europe Fighting Nationalism, Xenophobia and Racism'. Three panelists expressed their views on what Haider's policy and statements mean for Europe. The panel was organised by an umbrella organisation of the Slovene ethnic minority in Italy, the Slovene Cultural and Economic Association (SKGZ), and the Association of Slovene Cultural Societies (ZSKD).
