Kucan: EU Membership Candidates are not Competitors, but Allies

Slovene President Milan Kucan, who is on an official visit to Latvia, on Thursday held separate meetings with Speaker of the Latvian Parliament Janis Straume and Latvian Prime Minister Andris Skele. The officials focused on EU expansion and both countries' efforts to join NATO.
