Slovene Skies to be Defended by Roland II

Ljubljana, 5 March - PURCHASE/WEAPONS/ROLAND
The Slovene army will begin to use a rocket battery, Roland II, by 2001. The contract for the purchase of the battery, which is made up of six rocket systems Roland II-FRR, battery radar FGR and accompanying logistics elements, was signed 13 December 1999.
