Banka Koper Strengthens Position

Koper, 7 March - BANKA/KOPER
Banka Koper increased its total assets in 1999 by more than 22 percent to SIT 167.9 billion (euro 833 million). The bank's gross profit increased by 33.7 percent over 1998 to stand at SIT 2.01 billion (euro 10 million), while net profit amounted to SIT 1.62 (euro 8 million), which represents a 53.5 percent increase over 1998.
