Civil Society Institutes Important for SE European Development

President Milan Kucan met with the founder and financier of the Open Society Institute in Slovenia George Soros on Wednesday. Kucan stressed that the operation of this institute in Slovenia reflects the constructive attitude of civil society, in comparison to the former, which mainly held a confrontational function, was reported from the President's office.
