The Ljubljana Dairy Continues with a Merger Process

Ljubljana, 9 March - COMPANIES/DAIRIES
Slovenia's largest dairy producer, the Ljubljana Dairy, which took over the Gorenjska Dairy in December, is now getting ready to merge with the Maribor Dairy. Supervisory boards of both companies have given a green light to the merger, which will allow the Ljubljana Dairy to control over 60 percent of the Slovene market, up from present 48 percent.
