Press on the Situation in Kosovo

Ljubljana, 15 March - Ever since Rambouillet Western politicians have maintained that the failure experienced in the negotiations at the time can be repaired on the Kosovo territory. Today, when hardly a week goes by without the well-armed peace-keepers being stoned by "ungrateful" ethnic Albanians, the West believes that violence is the consequence of want of "Rambos" and low political culture among the Albanians, a Slovene daily writes in Wednesday's edition.
