Schwimmer Praises Slovene Work in CoE

Parliament Speaker Janez Podobnik received, on Thursday, Secretary General of the Council of Europe (CoE) Walter Schwimmer, who is currently on a two-day visit to Slovenia. Schwimmer used the opportunity to praise Slovene Co-operation in the CoE during talks which were also attended by leader of the Slovene parliamentary delegation to the CoE Borut Pahor. Schwimmer also asked Slovenia to assist and co-operate with the CoE in its activities which it plans for the consolidation of democracy in Montenegro.
