Artists from all over Europe to Participate in Manifesta 3

Manifesta 3, the European biennial of contemporary art which will take place from 23 June to 24 September 2000 in Ljubljana, will be attended by artists from all over Europe. Their works will be on display at the International Graphic Art Centre in the Tivoli Castle, at the Modern Gallery, the National Museum and the Tivoli park in Ljubljana. Events accompanying Manifesta 3 will take place all over the capital. The majority of participants is already known, Manifesta 3 co-ordinator Igor Zabel told STA, adding that four authors, i.e. Marjetica Potrc, Janja Zvegelj, Darijo Kreuh and Nika Span, had been invited by international curators to discuss their projects. In accordance with Manifesta's principal orientation young, fairly unknown artist will be presenting themselves in Ljubljana.
