Pomurka Increases Share Capital by SIT 700 Million

Shareholders of Pomurka meat processing industry on Tuesday's general meeting unanimously agreed to increase the share capital by SIT 700 million (euro 3,5 million). This will be done by the issue of 700,000 ordinary registered shares with the nominal value of SIT 1,000 (euro 5), the company's director, Milan Vrecic, told STA.
