Mercator Holds a 96-Percent Stake in Emona Merkur

Only a day after the bid to take Emona Merkur over expired, the chairman of the board of Mercator said his company has secured a 96-percent stake in its rival, according to early figures. Zoran Jankovic spoke to press on Tuesday after Mercator was declared by the business paper 'Finance' most successful company on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
