Successful Bid by Mercator to Take over Emona Merkur

Ljubljana, 23 March - COMPANIES/MERCATOR/TAKEOVER
Mercator's bid to take over Emona Merkur succeeded according to the official information published on Thursday. 374 shareholders accepted Mercator's offer, and thus sold 117,904, i.e. 55.5 percent of Emona Merkur's shares. Together with 85,402 shares that Mercator owned before the offer was issued, the purchase represents 95.7 percent of all Emona Merkur's shares.
