According to Lojze Peterle, the Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs, the future of Bosnia Herzegovina looks bleak. "A dirty war is raging there. The hatred, the aggression and the invaders' ferocity can no longer be stopped," Peterle told a Kurier correspondent from Brussels.
