Italian Union Demands Guarantees for Single Treatment of Italian Minority in Istria

The newly elected Assembly of the Italian Union of Istria and Rijeka, the central organisation representing the Italian minority in Slovenia and Croatia, expressed concern at its first meeting that it was of vital importance to the Italian minority in these countries to preserve it singular character on the whole territory of Istria regardless of the countries the minority live in, wrote Primorske Novice on Tuesday.
