Slovene Language at Sessions of Trieste Municipality Council

The Slovene language was used at the first session of the newly elected Trieste Municipality Council. Slovenes Peter Močnik and Stojan Spetič also greeted the council in Slovene. Previously the use of Slovene in this council had met with problems and uproarious protests from Italian nationalists but on this occasion this proved not to be the case.
