Some 1800 People Die In Slovenia Each Year From Poisoning
Ljubljana, 21 December - HEALTH/INJURIES/POISONING/FIRECRACKERS/ACCIDENTS
Some 1800 people, of which about 50 are children, die in Slovenia each year in accidents or by poisoning. Injuries and poisoning are in the third place among causes of death in general, while they are in the first place among the population below 44 years of age, representatives of the Institute for Health Protection of the Republic of Slovenia stated at a press conference held today, Tuesday.
