Encyclopedia of Slovenia: Outstanding Achievement of Hundreds of Experts

Ljubljana, 21 December - ENCYCLOPEDIA/MLADINSKA/KNJIGA
A presentation of the seventh volume of the Encyclopedia of Slovenia (including entries from Marin to Nor) was organised at the Slovenian National Museum on Tuesday evening. New volumes of the Encyclopedia of Slovenia are usually published before the end of each calendar year. Guests at the presentation included Dr France Bernik, the Chairman of the Slovene Academy of Science and Arts (SAZU), Sergij Pelhan, the Slovenian Minister of Culture, Dr Alojzij Šuštar, the Slovenian metropolitan, and a number of the SAZU members and prominent professors. Representatives of the Mladinska Knjiga Publishing House and authors of the Encyclopedia of Slovenia spoke highly of the work which had been done on the seventh volume this year.
