Parliamentary Speakers of CEI Member Countries Support the Stability Pact
Warsaw, 25 March - Parliamentary speakers from the countries members of the Central European Initiative (CEI) in Warsaw on Saturday afternoon discussed the Stability Pact for SE Europe. Several participants at the meeting criticised the sluggish implementation of projects within the Pact and warned that expectations were too high. Slovenia's representatives, Speaker of the Parliament Janez Podobnik and National Council President Tone Hrovat stressed Slovenia's engagement in the Stability Pact.
